Gedurende het eerste jaar heb ik me diverse machines eigen gemaakt; ik schreef alles op, of filmde het, om het goed te leren. Ik ben er trots op dat ik in één jaar tijd zoveel heb geleerd. Tijdens dit jaar heb ik via WILVO de opleiding allround plaatwerker niveau 3 afgerond en volgend jaar mag ik niveau 4 gaan doen.

I opted to join WILVO two years ago because they had grand plans for their cleanroom. They wanted to develop it further to a higher level. A new team was formed and I was involved in shaping it. I joined WILVO as a metal worker in 1984. WILVO was a small family-run business with twenty employees at the time. Today, I am responsible for supervising new starters. I am still passionate after 33 years; I have never been bored at WILVO. Above all, WILVO is an engaged employer. During the period I had personal issues, they accommodated me. I work on the most diverse products for an excellent company.

Susan is our HR Manager and Advisor. With her passion for talent development and strategic workforce planning in organizations, she is an important linchpin at WILVO. Stagnation of individual growth and development benefits no one. Not the person in question, nor the company. Susan’s approach can be characterized as inquisitive, constructively critical and always focused on binding people to our organization.
