Work for WILVO.
With boundless ambition, we make no secret of the fact we want to take control over the entire supply chain. We like comparing ourselves to successful clubs that are active at Champions League level year in and year out. In our case, it does not concern scoring goals, but rather a focus on (process) optimization, a continually critical approach, and exceptional flexibility for our clients. Nevertheless, we want to know whether you can score goals with us. We are looking for team players to bolster our current ‘selection’ to make us even more successful. And when we are successful, we celebrate that together at WILVO.
WILVO has a great deal to offer you. The best training, courses and development opportunities, as well as state-of-the-art facilities for employees at our various corporate sites. We want to know: what do you have to offer us? What can you bring to the role? And … when can you start?
With around 270 colleagues working at two locations in Bergeijk, we are one of the larger employers in De Kempen. You see that and you notice that. WILVO employs brainboxes with university degrees and professionals who simply excel because of their unparalleled ‘technical’ expertise. That is precisely what typifies WILVO; the one cannot function without the other. WILVO is also highly diverse in terms of employee age. Young talent and years of experience go hand in hand. In fact; we are staunch believers of the combination!
Personal development is of great importance at WILVO. That is why we collaborate with Brainport Industries College (BIC) and are a recognized on-the-job-training company. Interns and BBL apprentices are more than welcome at WILVO. Or to put it better, we welcome them with open arms. Because they contribute to the future-proofing of WILVO. Apart from sustainability, corporate social engagement is also of great importance to us. For that reason, lateral entrants and people who experience barriers to the labor market are more than welcome.
““I am proud I learned so much in one year.””Rik Santbergen
I opted to join WILVO two years ago because they had grand plans for their cleanroom. They wanted to develop it further to a higher level. A new team was formed and I was involved in shaping it. Working at WILVO has been enjoyable thus far. There is a friendly atmosphere, it is a family-run business and they organize a great deal for employees.
““I regard WILVO as a prestigious company that offers a future.””Arno van Dinter
I joined WILVO as a metal worker in 1984. WILVO was a small family-run business with twenty employees at the time. Today, I am responsible for supervising new starters. I am still passionate after 33 years; I have never been bored at WILVO. Above all, WILVO is an engaged employer. During the period I had personal issues, they accommodated me. I work on the most diverse products for an excellent company.
“"Working at WILVO offers plenty of challenges.””Bas van Eijck
Suzan Intven HR Manager
Susan is our HR Manager and Advisor. With her passion for talent development and strategic workforce planning in organizations, she is an important linchpin at WILVO. Stagnation of individual growth and development benefits no one. Not the person in question, nor the company. Susan’s approach can be characterized as inquisitive, constructively critical and always focused on binding people to our organization.
“I am accustomed to providing advice, either on request or on my own initiative, on a wide variety of personnel matters, as well as (strategic) development of the organization. As an HR Manager and Advisor, I would describe myself as approachable with the ability to listen, and a sparring partner at board, management and executive level.”
